Classes focus on choreography, technique and musical expression, with hip hop, contemporary, commercial, heels and jazz fusion among the styles. Choreography sessions follow the teacher's own style and may combine several genres.
Contemporary is taught barefoot with technique, floor work and expressive interpretation. Heels classes use high-heeled shoes for warm-up, technique and choreography. Technique sessions cover posture, alignment, footwork, strength and flexibility. Industry Lab has a changing teacher and style and is scheduled separately.
