The accounting firm was founded in 1989 and serves companies, associations and foundations from a range of industries. Core services include bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, financial statements and tax returns. Added-value services cover CFO services, business valuation, investment evaluation and due diligence. Corporate reporting, also for foreign countries, legal advice, employment advice and budgeting are available too.
Each client is handled by the same dedicated staff member. The firm works with EmCe Solutions software, which clients can reach over the internet. Service is offered in Finnish, English and Russian. Engagements follow the Taloushallintoliitto contract model, mainly on hourly billing or fixed rate. Services can be provided at the client's premises, or electronically outside the office.
