Founded in 1947, the sports club offers recreational and competitive gymnastics, dance and exercise for children, young people and adults. Team gymnastics spans recreational series to international level. Dance includes showdance and dance-style gymnastics; adult classes cover fitness, dance exercise, body care and sessions for mothers.
Family exercise serves children from four months to six years, with separate groups for children, young people and older adults. Training takes place in the sports centre, TUPA and PikkuTUPA halls and schools. The club holds the Finnish Olympic Committee's Star Club designation. Team gymnastics requires commitment for a spring or autumn season; supported places have a separate application process.
