Founded in 2007, the civilian crisis management organisation has operated as a central agency under the Ministry of the Interior since 2019. It trains, recruits and equips Finnish civilian experts for international crisis management and election observation missions.
Experts are deployed to EU, UN, OSCE, NATO and Council of Europe missions. The website lists vacancies and a course calendar, and the agency also conducts research and development. The site is in Finnish, Swedish and English. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
