Established in 2017, the international expert organisation supports states, the EU and NATO in countering hybrid threats. It combines research, training and networks, covering policy and practical questions from soft power to military means.
Publications address areas including cyber and space, technology, infrastructure, the economy, deterrence and resilience. Updates on activities and publications are available through a mailing list. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
