This non-profit organisation arranges international learning, volunteering, training and work placements. It coordinates short and medium-term voluntary exchanges and long-term European Solidarity Corps placements with host organisations. Its EU-funded vocational education programmes involve cooperation with around ten European countries.
Most participants are aged 18–30, with some programmes also accepting 16–17-year-olds. Particular support is given to young people with fewer opportunities. The organisation belongs to the Alliance and Eurodesk networks and is an Eures partner. It also organises the annual YOUTH event for youth sector professionals and decision-makers.
