Founded in 2012 by Heikki Hyvönen and Markus Raivio, this civil and human rights organisation combines culture and creativity with mental health advocacy. It promotes active citizenship for mental health survivors and people with disabilities. Activities include culture workshops, walking football, TEKO, REMESOS, TRIC and Mental Beauty Records, launched in 2017.
It advises on fundraising, project planning, change design and digital evaluation. Developers can use the Pokka evaluation tool and a materials bank. The network has 43 member organisations in health and social care. The website includes English content and accessibility information.
