Founded in 1936, the non-profit building services association works in Swedish. It brings together professionals in water, heating, ventilation, refrigeration, energy, environmental technology and building operation. Members gain contacts and industry information through courses, meetings and excursions.
It publishes VVS-tidningen four times a year and a monthly electronic newsletter. Membership is open to industry professionals and students, with supporting company membership available. Local branches operate along the coast, and international cooperation takes place through FINVAC.
