Owned by Maarit Toivanen's family, the holding company owns and invests in businesses. Operating since 2018, it has three units: ARE Oy building services, real estate and investments. Its roots go back to Alfred Onninen's plumbing contracting in 1913.
The property business rents about 109,000 square metres of office and logistics space in growth centres. ARE covers building services construction, maintenance and modernisation. Investments are diversified across regions, sectors and asset classes. The office is in the Autotalo building.
