Leadership development is aimed at managers and leadership teams. Services include a six-month small-group programme, individual coaching typically lasting 3–9 months, and team processes of at least six months. Tools include team style analysis and personality-style questionnaires.
Negotiation skills training, individual negotiation coaching and in-company programmes are also available. Coaches hold ICF PCC and team coaching certifications. The office is located in Epicenter.
