This is a Nordic independent power producer focused on renewable energy infrastructure, long-term ownership and partnerships. It is wholly owned by the Ardian Clean Energy Evergreen Fund (ACEEF), an open-ended clean energy fund. Its portfolio includes ten operational onshore wind farms with a combined capacity of about 625 MW across Sweden, Finland and Norway.
It also has 70 MW of battery energy storage projects, including Mertaniemi and Kaunola in Finland. The company takes an active owner approach, developing its assets and seeking to improve their performance. The management team covers CEO, CFO, investment, operations, corporate finance and fleet management roles, and the chairman of the board has 30 years of leadership experience in the energy industry.
