The non-profit association Isot Tekijät ry publishes an independent street paper covering society, culture and people. Independent vendors buy copies in advance and keep the sales profit. People from any background can become vendors without an interview, CV or previous sales experience.
New vendors receive starter copies and practical advice. The publication belongs to the International Network of Street Papers. The operation holds the Finnish Social Enterprise label, and the magazine received the Ministry of Education and Culture quality award in 2015 and the Finnish magazine journalists' SAL award in 2016.
