This is an independent provider of mezzanine finance for buyouts, growth and capital restructuring. Its focus regions are the Nordic countries, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Belgium. It invests in buyouts and buyins, growth capital and capital restructurings, and can co-invest in equity alongside the majority shareholder.
From committed capital it can underwrite mezzanine positions of 5 to 70 million euros, and it works with co-investors on larger amounts. Structuring is flexible and investment decisions are quick. There are no conflicts of interest with private equity investors or banks, as the focus is on mezzanine capital.
