The forest-owner service provides comprehensive timber sales, forest management and fertilisation for private owners throughout the forest life cycle. It draws on over 150 years of forestry experience, with Finnish roots in the steam sawmill founded by Hans Gutzeit in 1872.
Owners can find a forest expert by municipality or name online and request timber sale or forest management proposals. The online forest management service also supports forest-owner tax returns. Training is offered for new owners. National PEFC certification and FSC group certification are available.
