The office building combines workspaces, restaurants and meeting facilities. Its ground floor has a 200-person multipurpose event space, lobby, café and lunch restaurant. The 14th floor holds a dining and lounge area and four meeting rooms. Office floors range from compact tower spaces to layouts for around 300 people.
Tenants use an app for visitors, restaurant bookings, parking and parcels. A concierge arranges services such as laundry and transport. There are 450 bike spaces, solar panels, EV charging readiness for 190 parking spaces and shared cars. The entrance, parking and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
