Specialising in repair and renovation, the company handles façades, balconies, roofs and interiors. Façade work includes added insulation, ventilated render-board systems and three-coat rendering. Apartment-building roofs mainly use seam-welded metal or rubber-bitumen membranes, with other materials available for smaller houses.
The company uses its own Finnish workforce and coordinates subcontracting with mainly local partners to manage projects end to end. Work is concentrated in Päijät-Häme, with projects elsewhere in Finland also considered.
