Services include naturopathy consultations, Fohow bioenergy massage and thermo-infrared treatments. A consultation includes an intake form, a one- to one-and-a-half-hour session, a written personal plan and reference material.
Consultations take place in person or by phone. Sessions using the Fohow BEM device last an hour; devices are also sold for home use with instruction. Restrictions include pregnancy, pacemakers and acute infections. Supplements are sold online. There is no accessible toilet, accessible seating or hearing loop.
