Founded in 1991, the wholly city-owned rental housing company owns about 300 apartments. Most are one-bedroom flats, alongside studios and family apartments of 80–90 m². The stock includes apartment blocks, terraced houses and accessible terraced homes for older residents beside the health centre.
Housing applications, maintenance requests and termination notices can be submitted online. All properties have parking spaces. Homes and buildings are renovated, and lifts have been installed in several blocks.
