The resort lies beside Lake Syväjärvi and the highest fells of Kainuu. The ski centre has a range of slopes, snow parks and cross-country trails. Accommodation includes rental holiday apartments, glass-roofed Sky Cabin units, cottages and villas. The Saunamaailma & Spa offers several saunas, swimming pools and hot tubs, indoors and outdoors. Restaurant Hallan Karhu serves an à la carte menu, burgers and children's options.
Activities include reindeer farm visits, snowmobile safaris, e-fatbike safaris, ice fishing, snowshoe hikes, northern lights trips and husky safaris. Bicycles, e-bikes and kotas (cabins) can be rented, and there is a bowling alley and the Halla Snow Park. Season passes and cottage or company season cards are sold for the ski centre. Parking is free and the building is non-smoking.
