Founded in 1977, the café is now run by the second generation of the family and has been relaunched with a renewed concept and updated look. The display case offers savoury and sweet treats: buns, pies, fresh pulla, pastries and cakes. Filled cakes and sandwich cakes for celebrations are made to order.
On weekdays a hot soup lunch is served daily, with bread, spread, milk or water and coffee or tea. On Saturdays there is a brunch, booked in advance, which can be eaten in the café or taken away, with gluten-free and vegan versions available. The café can host private events and business meetings in the evening or at weekends, and catering is provided elsewhere too.
