Established as a congregation in 2000, the Baptist community emphasises Bible teaching and believers' baptism by immersion. It also works with people experiencing alcohol problems, social exclusion and loneliness.
Weekly activities include prayer meetings, evenings of Bible teaching and prayer, and a daytime meeting. Activities are funded by voluntary donations. The entrance and car park are accessible, and a toilet is available.
