Founded by the Hilkka Kinnunen Foundation in 2009, the cultural centre occupies a historic manor estate beside the Keravanjoki river. It hosts concerts, exhibitions, workshops and art performances, with music centred on opera and operetta alongside tango, chanson and gospel. The grounds display sculptures by Tauno Kangro.
Guided tours cover sculptures, waterfalls, an old mill, the manor museum and chapel. A café operates during summer concert intervals. Tour tickets are cash only. Parking is wheelchair accessible, and the manor sells the foundation's book on opera and operetta history.
