Short-term talk therapy for adults is offered in individual sessions on the premises of the old textile mill and remotely across Finland. The work is based on solution-focused and cognitive short therapy, combined flexibly. Topics include stress, depression, anxiety, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, and coping problems. The therapist holds a social work degree (sosionomi AMK) and a business degree (merkonomi).
Sessions last 45, 60 or 90 minutes, and remote sessions run on secure video platforms such as Teams and Zoom. Booking in advance is recommended. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible, and street parking is free.
