Founded in 2004, the company does electrical work for residential buildings, fault finding and repairs, and sells and installs air-to-air and air-to-water heat pumps. Heat pumps have been installed since 2009, several thousand units in total, and the brand is Mitsubishi Electric. Property heat pump solutions and cooling for ICT rooms are also offered.
Customers include detached houses, housing companies, summer cottages and commercial buildings in Uusimaa and the Helsinki region. The process runs from a needs assessment and site visit to a quote, an agreement and then installation. The company holds a restricted S1 electrical licence for work up to 1000 V, and its installers hold refrigeration licences that also cover large sites.
