Completed in 2002, the cottage-style main building has a fireplace lounge, study, kitchen, electric and wood-heated saunas, and two sets of changing and washing rooms. TVs and AV equipment support meetings, with tableware for around 50–60 diners.
The building can be rented as a whole or by room. A separate smoke sauna takes ten people and has cooking facilities, a fridge, two showers and a toilet. The grounds also have a hut, terrace and tent area. Volunteers from a veterans' club run and maintain the property.
