Founded in 2010, the village association promotes shared local interests, cooperation, hobbies and cultural activities. It organises family fairs, Halloween and New Year gatherings and summer theatre trips, and has built a village volleyball court.
Activities are funded through membership fees and fundraising events. Partners include municipal youth services and the Hetkitalli farm animal yard. Spring and autumn general meetings consider reports, accounts and plans.
