A valid key card gives access around the clock, with a PIN code issued on purchase. Personal training and nutrition coaching are available at the gym or remotely online, and three massage therapists offer sports massage. Supplements such as Nocco, Scitec Nutrition, Barebells and M-Nutrition are on sale.
Local residents get a free introductory visit during reception hours, and a free basic training programme comes with a key card purchase. Payment is by cash, card, invoice or sports benefit cards such as Smartum, ePassi and Edenred. Parking is free and bus connections are right next to the gym. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
