Detached houses and holiday cottages are built as turnkey projects under a single contract. The range includes CLT, or cross-laminated timber, homes and cottages, as well as commercial premises, storage buildings and hobby spaces.
Projects run from building permission to final inspection. CLT models can be explored through virtual reality tours in the showroom. Trained builders follow Finnish RT building information card recommendations, and management also takes part in construction.
