The hotel has 41 guest rooms, from single rooms to five-person family rooms and a two-storey sauna suite. The building has operated as Seurahuone since 1912 and at its current site since 1928. Haapaniemen Matkailu Oy bought the premises in 2012. The restaurant has a bar with a fireplace, and a sauna is available to guests.
A breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant from Tuesday to Friday; otherwise breakfast is delivered packed to the room fridge. Meeting and party rooms can be arranged to suit the event, and a portable hot tub can be rented from the hotel. Reception is staffed by phone, and staff come on site when arranged in advance. Wi-Fi and parking are free, pets are welcome and the building is non-smoking. There is no pool or gym.
