Starting as a sole proprietorship in 1988 and becoming a limited company in 1994, the contractor specialises in plumbing and HVAC work. Its focus is full renovation and pipe replacement in buildings that remain in use, including apartment blocks, care facilities, hospitals and retail buildings.
It works across Savo-Kainuu and also undertakes new construction and energy-saving solutions. Completed projects are listed on the website. Ownership passed to Jukka Mäkinen in 2004, with the next generation also involved in the business.
