Founded in 1980, this construction company is based in Northern Savonia. Its business has shrunk since the 2020s and now focuses mainly on renovation work. It has stopped building owner-financed apartment blocks, and its last residential project was completed in 2018.
Since 2019 it has installed retrofit elevators in older apartment buildings together with Kone Oyj, to make them accessible. It also renovates commercial and residential apartment buildings in the local area. Recent projects include a dental clinic renovation and a retrofit elevator for an apartment company.
