This non-profit foundation operates as a social enterprise, with operations also in Kiuruvesi. It provides social and vocational rehabilitation and employment-promoting training. Its work and learning environments combine work with individual coaching to build vocational skills and work capacity.
Its clients include young people, immigrants, people with intellectual disabilities and partially disabled people. For employers it offers business services by supplying skilled workers. Surplus from its activities is reinvested in developing its services and for the benefit of clients. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
