This seasonal lakeside café stands on the bank of the Kymi River and has been operating since summer 2020. It is housed in a historic riverside storehouse from the early 1900s, once used in timber rafting. The building was moved to its current site at the Jokue boat harbour in 1947 and re-roofed in 2021. A summer gift shop and gallery are part of it.
Boat harbour users can use the services, and SUP boards can be hired with equipment. Summer brings yoga and massage sessions and events held with local municipal, business and association partners. The café employs local young people in summer jobs and donates each year to the Finnish Nature Heritage Foundation (Luonnonperintösäätiö) at the Venetsialaiset event. The car park, entrance and seating are wheelchair accessible.
