The municipal early childhood education unit occupies a building completed in 2013. Its five groups comprise two preschool groups and three mixed-age sibling groups. Facilities include a large indoor hall and a varied playground. Meals come from Yhteiskoulu's central kitchen, while in-house staff prepare breakfast and afternoon snacks.
Shift care is available where all adults in the household work shifts, with an employer's certificate required. Care times are booked through Päikky. Preschool learning plans are drawn up with parents. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
