Run by the Korpisaari Foundation, the private day-care centre also serves as a teaching setting for childcare students at Etelä-Pohjanmaan Opisto. Early childhood education emphasises pedagogy and child-led, community-based activities. Groups in the rural setting cater for ages 1–5.
Food uses local Finnish ingredients where possible. Activities follow the municipal early childhood education plan and the centre's own curriculum. Places are applied for through the municipality's service voucher application. The entrance and parking area are wheelchair accessible.
