Built in 2018, the 501 m² villa stands on the shore of Lake Saimaa. It is rented for meetings, weddings, company parties, confirmation celebrations and team days. Facilities include an outdoor hot tub, sauna, lake-facing terraces, a billiard table and two televisions. Groups typically number 25–50; events for over 100 can be arranged on request. The dining room seats around 30 and the terrace around 20.
Catering, meeting equipment and extra tables and chairs can be arranged with the rental. Activities may include mountain biking, paddleboarding and seaplane flights. There is a large car park, a step-free main entrance and an accessible toilet on the party hall floor. The downstairs saunas and billiard room can only be reached by stairs.
