Founded in 2013, the building survey and inspection company carries out condition inspections, moisture and indoor air studies, and structural surveys. Services also include asbestos and hazardous material surveys, airtightness measurements, thermal imaging and tracer gas tests.
It prepares energy certificates, assessments and energy aid calculations for new buildings and renovations. It also manages renovation projects, supervises wet room work and acts as responsible site supervisor. Clients include businesses, public bodies and individuals; the main service area is South Karelia, with larger projects undertaken nationwide.
