Founded in 1925 as a general sports club, it offers floorball and arm wrestling and has a veterans' section. Floorball runs from children's clubs through junior teams to senior representation. Its children's and youth activities hold the Finnish Floorball Federation's Star Club recognition.
Home matches are played at the city sports hall. The club also organises a floorball camp and a season-opening Voimapäivä event. Groups cater for different ages and skill levels.
