The association provides employment and social services, job-search and training support, and work coaching. It is a service voucher provider for rehabilitative work activity. Skills recognised through practical tasks can be recorded in a PAIKKO competence certificate. Activities also include collecting and reusing discarded textiles and household goods.
A subsidiary cooperative founded in 2006 offers households and businesses basic, maintenance and move-out cleaning, window washing, yard care and outdoor maintenance. Products are sold online. Wheelchair-accessible facilities include customer parking and the entrance.
