Founded in 1997, the house-kit manufacturer makes detached homes, villas, terraced houses, care homes and halls from large timber elements. These are produced in its own factory using Finnish materials. Customers can choose the completion stage, including elements with exterior cladding or windows already fitted.
Design can start from the customer's drawings or preliminary plans, with building permit and structural drawings provided. The company transports the kit to the site and carries out erection. It serves private builders, entrepreneurs, construction companies and municipalities across Finland.
