The municipal education federation provides vocational education for young people and adults. It is responsible for Swedish-language vocational education with intensive special support across Swedish-speaking Finland. Most teaching is in Swedish.
Adult education and working-life services are bilingual. Short courses and certificate training, such as the alcohol serving permit, are also available. Operations are certified to the ISO 9001 quality standard.
