This city-owned rental housing company was formed in 2014 through a merger of several housing companies. It owns around 620 rental apartments across the city, plus properties suited to special housing needs. It also offers accommodation for recruited staff and new-build housing projects.
Rental services, property management and customer service are handled at the city hall. An application form and vacant apartment listings are available on the website. The office entrance and toilet are not wheelchair accessible.
