Founded in 2003, the association promotes independent local congregations within the Pentecostal movement through publishing, preaching and courses. It is not itself a congregation, denomination or umbrella organisation. Its Ristin Kansa magazine appears 12 times a year, and activities include youth camps and days for women and men.
The retreat and camp facility offers accommodation, meals and saunas for groups, with overnight stays and linen hire available. The venue can also be rented without catering, with the renter handling food and cleaning. The entrance and parking area are wheelchair accessible, and there is a toilet.
