Founded in 1968, the skydiving club offers static-line beginner courses towards an independent jumper licence and tandem courses as an introduction to the sport. It belongs to the Finnish Aeronautical Association and has its own Cessna 206 jump aircraft.
Weekend jumping takes place at Jämi airfield, with a parachute packing hall, training rooms and accommodation. The club also operates at Tampere-Pirkkala Airport; evening-course theory and practical training take place in the old Härmälä airport building. Jumpers need third-party liability insurance.
