Built in 2011, this rental villa stands near the Jämi ski stadium in North Satakunta. The 350 m² house has three floors, seven bedrooms and 17 + 2 sleeping places. The dining room seats 20, and up to 50 can dine in total. It has three saunas (traditional, smoke and Turkish), an outdoor hot tub for about ten, terraces of over 250 m², a fireplace room, a bar, a video projector and a rally driving simulator.
It suits parties, meetings, trainings, VIP events, company events and sports or camp days. Meeting rooms take 13 and 25 people, and wireless internet is available. Catering covers breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Nearby you will find hiking trails, frisbee golf, winter golf, snowmobile safaris, paintball and a rifle range. The villa is part of Luksushuvilat, which also runs the Ellivuori chalet and the Wallesmanni city apartment in Tampere. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
