The hotel runs on a self-service basis: guests receive a room code by phone, so there is no need to visit a front desk. It has 53 rooms for groups of different sizes, including a 48 m² suite with its own sauna. Rooms have a private bathroom and usually a fridge, TV, desk and hairdryer. There are three allergy-friendly rooms, one accessible room and one pet room. A shared self-catering kitchen and a ski-waxing room are available.
The breakfast buffet is served at the neighbouring service station and is included in the room booking. The meeting room takes up to 25 people and the party space up to 100, and outside food is allowed. Parking and Wi-Fi are free, pets are welcome and the building is non-smoking. The website has a customer service chatbot around the clock, with phone support on weekdays and an on-call line at all times. The hotel is operated by Time Hostel & Apartments Finland, which reopened it in 2022. There is no pool or gym.
