According to its website, this is the largest and most versatile fitness centre in the town, its traditional gym for many years. Its roughly 1,000 square metres hold a gym hall, two exercise halls, a boxing room and a cycling room. Group classes include LesMills, indoor cycling, kettlebell, fitness boxing and yoga, and it is the only place in the area offering LesMills classes. The gym surfaces have an antimicrobial coating and are cleaned daily.
Entry is by key card, and staff are on site on Monday to Thursday afternoons. The women's and men's changing rooms have lockable lockers. Cash, bank and credit cards and several Finnish sport and wellness vouchers are accepted. When no staff are present, cards can be topped up and single visits bought in the online shop. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
