The kitchen has tableware for 20, a dishwasher, oven and coffee makers, with a grill also available. Equipment includes two 65-inch TVs, karaoke, a flip chart, Wi-Fi and a fireplace with firewood. Entry uses a smart lock. Underfloor heating, an air-source heat pump, 11 kW electric car charging and accessible parking are provided. Bed linen and towels are available.
