The vocational college provides basic vocational qualifications and preparatory training as special education. It is run by a foundation whose education and rehabilitation centre is based on a farm estate donated by will in 1945. The campus has a student restaurant and a student training workshop.
Student housing, meeting and event rooms, accommodation and sports facilities are offered. Rehabilitation and coaching services include work trials, job coaching and NUOTTI coaching for young people. This site's entrance and parking area are wheelchair accessible.
