Founded in 2017, the practice is led by advocate Elina Sarelius, a Finnish Bar Association member since 1999. Work covers family and inheritance law, custody, divorce, property division and estates, as well as criminal cases. Employment matters include dismissal, unpaid wages and workplace discrimination.
Services also include damages claims, document drafting, general advice and small business matters. A written engagement agreement is normally made. Eligibility for legal aid and home insurance legal expenses cover can be assessed. Meetings can also be arranged at a partner office.
